Hello & Hola is a new English academy, creating its own category, offering personalised, long-term programmes for children and teenagers.

We are building our first small team of teachers and are looking for educators who want to grow professionally with us, with guaranteed minimum hours for the full school year (September–June) and students who stay with you long-term.

We are deliberately building a different kind of academy: fewer teachers, more hours and more continuity per teacher, rather than a large platform with hundreds of tutors.

We are looking for people who see teaching as a profession, not simply as a way to fill a few free hours.

We are looking for teachers who are:
Warm, friendly and approachable
Reliable and professional
Patient and confident with children and teenagers
Able to adapt lessons to different students, needs and personalities
Strong communicators with a genuine interest in education
Comfortable building long-term relationships with students
Able to make lessons engaging without relying exclusively on textbooks, games or worksheets
Strong in English grammar and language awareness
Previous experience teaching children and/or teenagers is highly valued.
We are particularly interested in teachers who are curious, articulate and culturally engaged, with the ability to have meaningful conversations beyond the textbook.
???????? Polish-speaking teachers
For younger children and beginners, good Polish and clear English pronunciation are important, as some concepts may need to be initially explained in Polish.
???? Native / near-native English teachers
For intermediate and advanced students, Polish is not required. We value excellent English, natural communication and the ability to explain language clearly.

A small, long-term team
Our goal is to work with a small number of trusted educators and gradually give them more students and more hours as the academy grows.
???? Long-term students
Our programmes run from September to June, with students normally staying with the same teacher throughout the academic year and potentially for several years.
This means you can build real educational relationships and continuity, rather than teaching a constant rotation of one-off lessons.
???? Remuneration

Guaranteed hours, not just an hourly rate.

Our teaching rates are 40–70 PLN/hour with a 7% annual increase.

But we don't simply pay for individual hours. What makes us different is this: once you take on a student, you receive a guaranteed minimum number of teaching hours throughout the annual programme — stable, predictable income and fixed holidays, instead of wondering how many hours you'll get each month. This gives you a more stable and predictable workload, while allowing us to build your timetable gradually as the academy grows.
The exact rate depends on:
Your experience and qualifications
The student's age
The student's level
The academic objectives of the programme
The complexity of the teaching requirements
Higher rates are available for senior teachers and specialists, particularly those with experience in areas such as official exam preparation or advanced teaching.
Our goal is to work with a small number of trusted educators and gradually give them more students and more hours as the academy grows.
Teachers have a stable base of recurring hours, with the minimum agreed individually in their contract, rather than relying on a constantly changing stream of individual lessons.

We take care of student acquisition, programme structure, administration and payments, so you can focus on what you do best: teaching.

Hello & Hola is new, but we are not new to language education.
