Hello & Hola is a new English academy, offering personalised, long-term programmes (September–June) for children and teenagers (ages: 4-18).
We are creating our own category in the language teaching industry. This means, our service to the students is impeccable, we really care about the students and the treat is personalized and close.

We are building our first small team of teachers and are looking for educators who want to grow professionally with us and stay long term. We are looking for people who see teaching as a profession, not simply as a way to fill a few free hours.

Please notice that our September - June programmes include a minimum of 36 lessons. While there is flexibility to occasionally change the day or time of the lesson, the teacher commits to deliver the agreed number of lessons before the end of the school year in June.
????‍???? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for teachers who are:
Minimum 2-3 years of real experience teaching children or teenagers online
Responsible and reliable
Professional and well-mannered
Patient, especially with younger students
Confident and comfortable leading a class
Flexible and dynamic
Friendly, warm and approachable
Have solid knowledge of English grammar
We are particularly interested in teachers who are curious, articulate and culturally engaged, with the ability to have meaningful conversations beyond the textbook.
???????? FOR POLISH-SPEAKING TEACHERS
For younger children and students who are starting English from zero, good Polish and good English are essential.

???? FOR NATIVE / NEAR-NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHERS
For older students and/or students who already have a sufficient level of English, Polish is not required.
???? WHAT WE OFFER
???? Long-term students
Our programmes run from September to June, with students staying with the same teacher throughout the academic year and potentially for several years.
???? Remuneration
Once a student is assigned to you, you will receive a stable fixed monthly remuneration from September to June (or from the month the student starts the programme). The remuneration will depend on the programme chosen by the student and the frequency (one or twice a week)

Our rates go from 64 pln/h. to 100 pln/h.

The exact rate depends on:
Your experience and qualifications
The student's age
The student's level
The academic objectives of the programme
The complexity of the teaching requirements
The duration of the lessons (30, 45 or 60min.)
Your type of contract/collaboration (Umowa zlecenie, Umowa o Dzieło or B2B).
Please review the contract details carefully before applying. If you are not eligible for a B2B agreement or the under-26 student tax exemption on an Umowa Zlecenie, your take-home pay will be 6% to 18.6% lower depending on your selected contract type.
